MARK MICHAUD   CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Mr. Michaud is an experienced finance executive with over 16 years of international experience across multiple aspects of finance, strategic development, and business operations.  Mark started his career as a systems analyst for Kraft General Foods International.  He then moved to JPMorgan, first in New York, and later in Hong Kong, holding positions in financial modeling and investment banking.  After 7 years in Hong Kong, Mark moved to Singapore to work for the Development Bank of Singapore, a former client of JPMorgan, as the head of strategic development.  Most recently, Mark served as a partner in a California-based firm that provides financing, operational consulting, and interim management services to newly formed enterprises.  Mark is skilled in identifying and structuring internal and external opportunities that maximize return on investment, and in leading diverse teams to resolve complex problems.

As CompONE continues to evolve, Mark's strategic planning, transactional, and management experience are integral to CompONE's mission of becoming the nation's largest private medical office management provider.
