O’Haro has a successful and distinguished career in the medical office management industry.  He brings more than 19 years experience in healthcare technology services and healthcare financial services sectors.

O’Haro is responsible for the transformation of one of the nation’s largest practice management firms from a regional based company into a national, specialty specific organization.  Additionally, O’Haro worked for Ernst & Young as a Senior Healthcare Consultant assisting healthcare organizations with process improvement and financial analysis.  He has a passion for the study of leadership and guiding his team to success.

As CompONE’s top executive, he is committed to being the preeminent service provider nationwide and continuing to pursue the most effective technology-based platforms for CompONE customers. 

O'Haro also holds a Master of Hospital Administration degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
