  • Arijit Sengupta, Chairman of the Board and Executive Director

    As CompONE’s Chairman, Arijit is responsible for driving strategic initiatives in sales and organizational alignment. He has over 15 years of global sourcing and management consulting obtained in increasingly responsible P&L, reengineering and sales roles for publicly traded business services leaders IBM, Accenture and WNS.

    During his tenures at Daksh (now IBM), he was instrumental in growing the company from 0 to $160 million, and WNS, he helped the company grow from $25 million to a peak valuation of $1.5 billion.

  • Daniel L. Wollenberg, CEO and Director

    As CEO, Dan has overall P&L responsibility for CompONE. He brings over 24 years’ executive leadership experience managing and transforming technology-enabled business services firms, with a specific focus in the healthcare industry. Prior to joining CompONE, he was responsible for the growth and ultimate sale of a $55 million business process outsourcing services unit, attaining 26% year-over-year growth in the first two quarters, and grew revenues by 68% for another services company within 15 months.

    Dan’s healthcare experience includes billing, claims administration and entitlement program management for leading industry clients such as Cigna, Aetna, GTE Healthcare, Blue Cross/Blue Shield and the States of Ohio, Florida, Illinois, and New Jersey.

  • Deborah Kops, Chief Marketing Officer and Director

    Deborah's focus is on strategy, markets, business development initiatives and client service for CompONE. She is a former Big 4 consulting partner where she served healthcare clients such as Beaumont Hospital, the Veterans Administration and the Sisters of Mercy; managing director at both Bank of America and Deutsche Bank; a founding partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers market-leading business process outsourcing line of business, and CMO of a high growth, publicly traded BPO company.

  • Shailendra (“Shelly”) Singh, Non Executive Director

    Shelly provides considerable expertise in sales initiation, financial oversight and the integration of operational and technology initiatives. He has over 20 years’ experience in finance, sales and business turnarounds at IBM, Alcatel and Daksh, now part of IBM.

    Shelly currently leads sales and commercial at MuSigma, the largest offshore analytics company. During his career, he has been involved in over 50 deals, and previously managed a $1 billion outsourcing services portfolio at IBM.

  • Rex Power, Vice President Technology

    With over 20 years’ experience in the field of healthcare-related information technology, Rex brings deep expertise not only in development and support but has a proven track record streamlining processes to reduce cost and increase productivity. A seasoned veteran, over half of his career has been spent working with practice management firms, implementing a wide range of RCM platforms, and developing and implementing office setups, integration and interfaces.
